The season is in full flow with some incredible scented truffles coming from a number of our UK orchards. The orchards allow high attention to detail, so the quality is superb and truffles of this species are more aromatic compared to those harvested in warmer areas of Europe. 

Currently, being used in a number of Michelin rated restaurants, we will also have Irish truffles available in a few weeks.
